Method
grill tomatoes with thyme, garlic and olive oil at 220 degree 25 – 30 min take out the stocks, sprigs and peels of garlic add them to a pan with hot water, keep on medium heat for 25 min, add basil and dried tomatoes, puree and put back on stove for another 25 minutes serve with basil
