Tomato Soup

Ingredients

500g tomatos
one garlic flower
few sprigs of thyme
enough olive oil
salt and pepper
500ml stock
basil
Onion
Dried tomatoes

tomato quarters

Method

grill tomatoes with thyme, garlic and olive oil at 220 degree 25 – 30 min
take out the stocks, sprigs and peels of garlic
add them to a pan with hot water, keep on medium heat for 25 min, add basil and dried tomatoes, puree and put back on stove for another 25 minutes
serve with basil
