Spinach soup

Ingredients

500g spinach
4 small onions
2 medium potatoes
1L stock
Salt and Pepper

Method

Cut onions and start frying them. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and add them to the pan. After frying them for a bit, add the stock. Wait for the potatoes to start breaking apart, then add spinach and let it wilt in the pan. Afterwards you can puree and then season the soup on the stove.
