Peanut soup


6 – 7 allspice seeds / 1 tl ground allspice
1 cut onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glas of peanutbutter of 500g
1 dried red pepper cut into pieces
2 leaves of celery
zout, peper, 2tl chili flakes
2L water


In 2 litres of water add cut celery, dried chili, allspice, onion and bring to a boil to create your stock. This takes 45 minutes.
Take out a small bowl off the stock and slowly start adding peanut butter to it. Mix it well before you add more peanut butter. Once you’ve created a smooth cream, add this to the stock. Let it simmer for another 15-20 minutes, to desired thickness. Season with salt, pepper and chili
