400 g mushrooms 2 onions 1 cloves of garlic 10g parsley 5 g chives 500 ml stock 2 el creme fraiche Salt and Pepper
Peel and cut mushrooms, then fry them in oil or butter. Cut onions and garlic and add them to the mushrooms. When all has sweat down, add stock and herbs, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Puree the soup and then add creme fraiche as well as seasoning. Heat it up a again once.
